いやぁ、思っていた以上にshamanが見直されている。
EleShamanのLightning Overloadは弱体化ではあるが
そのかわりProc率が上がっている。
Mana効率が悪いshamanにとって
totemとshieldとのbuffはかなり嬉しいですね。
LBとCLのcast time短縮はRestoも"healだけ"な状況から
PvP/PvE両面で活躍しそうですねぇ。
この変更でダメージ重視のsuicide buildが復活しそう。
Ele/RestoかEnh/Restoのハイブリッド構成が多かったのですが
Enh/Eleのハイブリッド構成を試してみたいところです。
※2Hの1pointは新しいElemental Focusを想定

We're looking into potential improvements for earth shield, and even lightning shield (isn't really applicable to you, but felt since I was mentioning one should mention both), but nothing is certain as of now. Mana spring totem is also being improved, giving you and your party 75 mana/5 (with the appropriate restoration talents), and water shield has had a very substantial overhaul for 2.3.
Earth ShieldとLightining Shieldを見直しているよ。Mana Spring Totemは75 mana/5 (talent込み)回復するようになるし、water shieldも大幅に変更が入るよ。
