SunwellにTier7に相当するset装備が導入されるそうです。

In the 25-man dungeon you will be able to receive Tier 7 gear. These Items will look similar for the different classes. There will be different colors but no unique design per class.
25manではT7 gearが手に入るよ。Classによって見た目が同じGearで違う色となり、class別の特定デザインはない。
昔のHWL setみたいな感じになるのかな。

Enhanceのtalent treeに変更が入ってから
AP 30% = Spell Damageになり、
定番の0/45/16からEleに振ってDPSを上げる試行が続いています。

2.4、Sunwell Plateauのことでも

* Sunwell Isle is a new zone, north of Silvermoon City
Silvermoon Cityの北にある新しいzoneだよ。

* The 5-man wing of the instances is called Magister's Terrace featuring normal and heroic difficulty
5man instanceはMagister's Terraceと呼ばれるよ。heroic有り。

* The raid wing is called Sunwell Plateau, players can fight 6 raidbosses here and the one of the main stories of Burning Crusade continues here
RaidはSunwell Plateauと呼ばれるよ。
Bossは6匹。
BCのストーリーが続く。

* Outside the instances there will be lots of quests (daily quests too), wrapping up the story of Tempest Keep
Tempest Keepのストーリーを完結させるquest、daily questがinstanceの外で遊べるよ。

* The questhub of the zone will be interactive, as players complete quests, the activity in the town will increase more and more, eventually growing into a big town, similar to how Silithus prepared for the Qiraji war, on a smaller scale though
AQがオープンした時みたいに、questを消化すると街も育っていくよ。

* The quests and instances introduce a new faction called "Shattered Sun Offensive", the Aldors and Scryers unite under this name to stop Kael'thas from summoning Kil'Jaeden (upd)
新しいfaction、Shattered Sun Offensiveは、AldorとScryerが共闘してKael様がKil'Jaedenをsummonするのを阻止するよ。

* One of the bosses in the Magister's Terrace will be Kael'thas, whose story continues the Verdant Sphere quest. He'll have a large green crystal attached to his chest ^^
5man instanceのbossの一人はKael本人だよ。Verdant Sphereのquestが続きます。

* Kil'jaeden will be featured in the 25-man instance, and the EPICness of the fight will be on par with Illidan's. There are 5 more bosses: Brutalicus, a pit lord; Kalecgos, the blue dragon from the Sunwell Trilogy (who is enslaved by Kil'jaeden); a Fel Dragon; female Eredar twins; and a Dark Naaru!
25manにはKil'Jaeden、Illidanと同等の戦い

Dark Naaru
と対峙するよ。

* The raidinstance is designed for players with Tier 6 equipment and it will be slightly more difficulty than Black Temple (upd)
25manはBTより若干難しくT6装備向けだよ。

* There won't be a Tier 7 raidset, however there are sets in the loottables (upd)
T7はないけど、set装備はあるよ。

* The raidinstance doesn't have an attunement requirement, but players of the entire realm must complete a certain amount of daily quests on the Sunwell Isle, to unlock the last 3 bosses (upd)
25manは入るのに制限はないよ。
ただし、サーバー全体でdaily questを消化しないと最後の3bossは戦えないよ。

* Patch 2.4 will raise the limit of daily quests from 10 to 25, to encourage more players to visit them regularly
Patch2.4はdailyの制限を10から25へ増やすよ。

* Lots of PVP balancing to come in the patch
PvPをバランスさせる修正がたくさん入るよ。

  • Earth Shield (Restoration) mana cost reduced.

  • Lightning Shield mana cost reduced.
    Lightning ShieldのMana Cost削減
  • Water Shield now restores mana periodically regardless of how many charges remain. Duration increased to 10 minutes.
    Water Shieldは定期的にmanaが回復します。持続時間は10分になります。

調べてみたらWater Shieldにmp5が付く雰囲気です。

Basically, yes. The water shield will now essentially provide mp5. A very agreeable amount might I add, which also stacks with mana spring. :)
Mana Totemとstackする納得できる量のmp5が付加されるよ。

mp5が付くみたいですがその量は不明。

The caster is surrounded by 3 globes of water, granting 50 mana per 5 sec. When a spell, melee or ranged attack hits the caster, 200 mana is restored to the caster. This expends one water globe. Only one globe will activate every few seconds. Lasts 10 min. Only one Elemental Shield can be active on the Shaman at any one time.
Casterは三つの水球に囲まれ、50mp5回復する。攻撃を受けると200mana回復し、水球は1個消費される。
50mp5 !?

60秒 / 5 = 12
12 x 50 = 600 mana

現状と同じ600manaですね。
1分毎に600manaが、50mp5に変更。

これは1分毎にbuffを掛け直す手間が省けるし
mp5になったおかげで効率も上がるんじゃないでしょうか。

Season 3が1週間延期になりました。

感謝祭の休みと合わせるような形みたいです。

Blizzの方々も休みが欲しいんです(^-^
Everyone is preparing for the start of the third arena season and we’re excited to get new items, rewards, and fresh competition going for everyone participating in the arenas.

As we approach the previously announced start date we’ve had growing concerns of what the new season requires of us to actually launch, and its proximity to the Thanksgiving holiday. Everyone wants the launch go as smoothly as possible, and in order to have resources available to tend to any issues as soon as they may spring up, we’ve decided to delay the Season 3 start date to November 27. One week after the previously announced date.

This allows us to have the quickest response time to any issues should they occur, and allows everyone to enjoy the holiday and the days leading up to it. While making everyone wait another week obviously isn’t the optimal outcome, in the end we decided it would be much worse to start Season 3 so close to the holiday and potentially make players wait longer until a problem can be resolved. Ultimately it allows us to provide the best possible service for everyone as we launch the new season.

Elemental shaman were told that while we'd be nerfing the damage coefficients for lightning bolt and chain lightning bolt in patch 2.3, overall they'd notice a damage increase. We know most of your tests reveal a damage decrease, however. We've been running extensive tests of our own and have identified that there is approximately a 6% nerf to elemental dps (depending on gear of course). As a result, we're going to increase lightning bolt and chain lightning bolt's coefficient so that elemental shaman gain approximately 5 to 6% of their damage back if you assume roughly 1200 spell damage.
LBとCLのdamage係数が2.3でnerfが入ると言われていますが、全体的にはdamageが上がっている。ユーザのテスト結果でdamageが減る結果を得ていることもわかっています。我々のテスト結果では6%のdps nerf(Gearに左右される)が判明しました。
結果として、LBとCLのdamage係数を(damage bonusが約1200の場合)5~6%増えるように修正します。


It should break down as follows
こう言う事だよ:

If you have below 1100 spell damage you will see a slight buff to your dps
1100damage bonus以下だと若干のdps上昇。

If you are between 1100 and 1200 spell damage you should see neither a decrease or increase to your dps
1100~1200damage bonusだとdpsの上下変動なし。

If you are over 1200 spell damage you will see a slight nerf to your dps.
1200damage bonusだとdpsの減少。

This change should be hotfixed onto the PTR at some point soon, and we'll be watching the situation closely.
PTRのhotfixで近々修正する予定だよ。
